Refund and Exchange policy

 Miss modern HK Refund and Exchange policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. All Refund or Exchange requests received later than 10days from the date of purchase will be considered ineligible.


Miss Modern HK does not provide refunds for items purchased. However, items meeting the Return for exchange eligibility criteria below maybe approved for an exchange subject to final assessment by Miss Modern HK.


An exchange request maybe approved for items which meet the Return for Exchange eligibility criteria below. Such outcomes are subject to assessment by Miss modern HK for final approval.

 To initiate a return for exchange process, please send us an email to and our staff will be happy to assist you further.


Return for Exchange is only eligible for items purchased from which further meet the following criteria:

  • Items show clear manufacturer defects
  • Item is unused and in the same condition in which it was sold
  • Item must still be in the original packaging
  • Item must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase indicating time and date of purchase

Sale items and items purchased with Discount codes

Sale items and items purchased with Discount Codes cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there are clear manufacture faults to the item(s).

Only one discount code will be accepted per transaction.

 Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Filters
  • Used masks


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over HK$500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
